How long is your processing time?
We aim to produce your order and deliver it as soon as possible.
We schedule shipments, twice a week - on a Tuesday and Friday. If you need a rush on your order, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Why don't you accept returns & exchanges?
Everything is made to order and some of our listings are personalized. If you have problems with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out.
What if I entered a wrong shipping address?
If we have not dispatched your order yet, please let us know immediately for us to ship it to the correct address.
If the order has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for the error and the costs incurred. The product has to be purchased again. Thank you for understanding.
What are the best spice/pantry containers for your labels?
We highly recommend a flat surface vs a textured surface. They will also not work on a tapered or convex shaped jars.
What is the best spice/pantry labels for my containers?
If you are unsure of what size to get to match your containers, kindly cut a piece of paper with the size you have in mind and tape it on your containers. You can also let us know and we will try to get back to you as soon as we can.

How long does it take you to respond to my query?
We try to respond to every query as soon as we can. We are only a small family business (just me and my husband) and we try to prioritize working on the orders to meet production deadlines. Thank you so much for your patience.
Do you proofread or correct spelling errors?
We don't, as we try to be efficient on our work and also make sure that we are using the direct information received from the customer.
On rare occasions, we do make the correction on obvious errors. However, please make sure to write the correct words and spellings.
